The show has been revamped as '10 Years Younger: The Challenge' with a new competitive element which involves one volunteer trying to turn back time with the help of surgery while another opts for alternative treatments.
With Klass at the helm, who is seven years younger than Hambleton-Jones, the show pulled in 2.6m viewers and a 10% share of the 8-9pm audience. Including Channel 4+1 figures it reached 2.8m.
The last series launched with 2m and scored an average audience of 2.4m.
BBC One's 'Hustle', which last night saw the team conning a corrupt MP while helping to save a community youth centre, won the prime time slot with 5.5m viewers and a 22.1% share of the 9pm-10pm audience.
ITV1's 'Piers Morgan on ...' series, which this week saw the former Daily Mirror editor rubbing shoulders with billionaire tax exiles in Monte Carlo, attracted 3.7m viewers and a 14.9% share in the same slot.
It was matched by BBC Two's 'Victorian Farm' documentary which pulled in the same viewing figures.
Channel 4 documentary 'Killer in a Small Town' looking at the families left bereft by the murders of five Ipswich prostitutes managed 1.9m viewers and a 7.9% share of the 9pm-10.15pm audience. Including Channel 4+1 figures it reached 2.1m
It beat Five's 'Soho Blues' documentary series profiling police work in the heart of London's West End, which attracted 1.1m viewers and a 4.5% share of the 9pm-10pm audience.
