Wickes launches first TV ad campaign in 10 years

LONDON - Wickes, the DIY chain, is launching its first national TV ad campaign in almost ten years and plans to invest over £15m in advertising next year.

The campaign, developed by MWO, aims to encourage brand loyalty amongst its key audience and increase brand awareness.  The first ad in the series shows a man proudly finishing the fitting his own kitchen and carries the strapline ‘It's got our name on it'.

The national TV campaign breaks on Sunday 21 December and will be shown between primetime programmes such as Coronation Street.  It will be supported by print and in-store activity from January.
