Bonnet joins Creston, which last year sold DLKW to Lowe for £28m, from TBWA\Group UK, where he sat on the executive board and held a number of senior positions during his15 years at the agency. Microsoft has appointed Philippa Snare as chief marketing officer after a period of upheaval at the internet and software brand. Snare has worked at Microsoft for more than 10 years, most recently as sales and marketing director for its developer and platform evangelist (DPE) group.
EDF Energy has appointed Grey Group executive managing director Tamara Ingram to its Stakeholder Advisory Panel, which helps shape the company's business strategy. Ingram was hired for her experience of the advertising industry, consumer marketing and digital and social media, according to EDF.

Former GMTV sales and marketing director Simon Poole has joined barter company Miroma, reporting to Graham Duff, the company's managing director for UK and Europe.
Total Media has appointed Thomas Laranjo, a partner at the agency, as its managing director. Laranjo, who joined the media agency seven years ago as an account manager, becomes Total Media's second managing director, after founding MD Mike Sell became executive chairman.
Incisive Media's John Barnes has agreed to succeed Thomson Reuters' Tim Faircliff as the chairman of the AOP with immediate effect. Barnes is expected to serve for at least a year. Faircliff, who has been described by AOP director Lee Baker as "crucial in establishing an independent AOP", stepped down in June after serving two years.
IPC Inspire, the men's division of IPC Media, has appointed Haymarket Business Media's Matthew Gerry in the new role of digital strategy director.
Haymarket Consumer Media, the publishers of What Car? and Stuff, has appointed News International's Drew Broomhall as head of search. Broomhall, who is currently head of search engineering at News International, will work on the business and editorial strategy of Haymarket's consumer portfolio, reporting to Haymarket Consumer Media’s editorial director Mark Payton.
