Mother has hired the creative teams David Day and Larry Seftel from WCRS, and Oli Beale and Alex Holder from Wieden & Kennedy. Day and Seftel join Mother as senior creatives and will work across a range of clients. At WCRS, they worked on campaigns for Weetabix, including the "marathon" and "steeplechase" spots. Marks & Spencer has hired New Look's ecommerce director Dom McBrien to be its new multichannel trading director as the high-street retailer continues its multichannel sales drive. McBrien was at New Look for more than two years. Before his tenure at the clothing store, he was director of ecommerce at Arcadia and, before then, head of online marketing for Microsoft Xbox EMEA.
Former Channel 4 chief executive Andy Duncan is leaving his post with luxury automotive retailer HR Owen, to become managing director at Camelot UK Lotteries. He will report to Camelot group chief executive Dianne Thompson.
Reach Scotland, the tour operator, has appointed its first marketing director, Sinead Kavanagh, as it looks to drive up customer numbers during its first year. Kavanagh will be responsible for building brand presence across Reach Scotland's key markets including the UK, Europe and North America.

Ian Dowds, the vice-president of UK revenue at ad network and MySpace owner Specific Media, has left the company after two and a half years. Dowds was responsible for driving revenue growth at the ad network leading a team of around 40 sales staff and developing its standard display, video and mobile and internet-connected TV platforms.
Shaun Gregory, the managing director of O2 Media, has been promoted to the new global role of director of advertising for its parent company, Telefónica. Gregory, who joined O2 Media in early 2009, will work within the new Telefónica Digital division, which is headed by Matthew Key, the former chief executive of Telefónica O2 Europe. (北京赛车pk10)
O2 Media, the sales arm of the mobile telecoms giant, has appointed former Microsoft Advertising creative media strategist Andreas Nicolaou as its head of client strategy. Nicolaou will manage O2 Media's client sales team and will be responsible for developing mobile marketing solutions and working with client marketing directors in sectors including retail, FMCG and entertainment.
Neil Hurman, chief operating officer for OMD's Renault Europe account, has been appointed to the new role of chief planning officer for OMD EMEA. Hurman, who joined the OMD network as a managing partner at Manning Gottlieb OMD, will be responsible for leading OMD’s EMEA strategic communications and planning, reporting to OMD EMEA president Nikki Mendonca.
