The mail pack, created by Stephens Francis Whitson, contains gifts to help customers through the cold snap including a branded ice-scraper, demister and torch. It carries the strapline "The British winter, we've got it covered."
The campaign is targeting current car insurance customers whose policy is approaching renewal and is designed to remind them of More Th>n's brand promise of "we do more".
Matt Conner, SFW client service director, said: "This was an interesting brief for us, unusually there's no direct sell or call to action; it's a simple but refreshing communication designed to show that More Th>n cares by giving away something tangible, timely and useful as a thank you."
The CRM drive coincides with More Th>n's £30m TV and radio campaign featuring a voiceover by ‘Mighty Boosh' star Julian Barrett.
The activity uses songs from artists such as Barry White, Diana Ross and Lionel Ritchie to promote More Th>n's home, motor and pet insurance.
