Event has pictures of the party that was attended by 50 guests.

They were treated to Colchester Rock Oysters, Scottish salmon tartare, mini-fish pies, and Rumtopft (fruits drenched in rum).

Rum and Sugar can cater for 80 people seated and features an outside terrace overlooking West India Quay.

The Grade I listed building was originally a store for rum, molasses, coffee, pimento and cotton in the 18th century, hence the name of the new restaurant.
