The four-a-half year deal is an extension to Ampersand’s existing work with the venue, which started in 2005 under the CH&Co business.
Ampersand is the newly branded arm of CH&Co that looks after iconic venues such as the RIBA, London Zoo and the Royal College of Surgeons.
"At the RIBA we operate the RIBA Restaurant, restyled by Conran & Partners, which occupies two sides of the striking Florence Hall," said Ampersand managing director Paul Jackson.
"The adjoining roof garden terrace has just been transformed by celebrity gardener, Dan Pearson."
