Guests tasted food from resident caterer Ampersand and were given tours of the Canary Wharf-based venue.
On arrival guests were warmed up by a selection of wintry dishes including Cumberland, venison and beef sausages accompanied by celeriac, root vegetable and regular mash.
A soup station offered a traditional Japanese miso soup and an Italian-style tomato soup.
It was all was topped-off with Eton Mess for dessert.
