The stunt has been devised to celebrate the launch of Pringles Tortilla Chips. Members of the public have been invited to take part in the event through social media.

The record attempt will take place at Potters Fields Park in London at 10am. Model and businesswoman Katie Price will be in attendance, and guests have been requested to come wearing white clothing.

The brand is aiming to host a total of 550 people, who will get the chance to smash 550 papier-mâché donkeys created by experiential agency Zerotwonine.

Sampling activity will also take place throughout the event and will give members of the public the chance to try Pringles’ new flavours: Original, Sour Cream, Nacho Cheese and Spicy Chilli.
