Located on Wicklow Street, the Tayto pop-up will open on 5 March for ten days, and will allow consumers to tuck into four varieties of crisp sandwiches, including cheese and onion, salt and vinegar, smokey bacon and prawn cocktail.
Each sandwich will cost customers €2 each (£1.45), with half of the money from each sale being donated to homeless charity, the Dublin Simon Community. The temporary outlet will also stock Tayto merchandise, which is only normally available at the brand's Tayto Park visitor attraction in County Meath, Ireland.
The activity forms part of the brand's ‘More than just a crisp’ campaign, which it is working on with Irish PR agency Hunter Communications.
