This is good news for the ambitious Chanter, who began her marketing career at Carphone Warehouse and is now looking to accelerate growth at the online film- and games-rental brand after its buy-out by Amazon. It is clear she relishes working for a brand she feels is a ‘pioneer’ in the field. ‘Marketing integration is the big challenge for me, ensuring everything we do is multiplied across different platforms,’ she says.
