The Crown Group’s Seasoned Events catered for 400 guests during the exclusive ticketed event. The eggs were auctioned alongside a one of a kind jewelled golden feather necklace, also designed by Fabergé.
Seasoned Events provided a champagne reception and a sit down, three-course meal for guests in the main hall before the auction commenced.
The event was in association with the Fabergé Big Egg Hunt, which began on 22 February and features 200 eggs designed and decorated by some of the world’s leading artists. It aims to raise £2m for the Action for Children and Elephant Family charities.
The Crown Group has also supported the campaign through its Piggott’s business, where the team manufactured, delivered and installed tailored plinths for all the fibreglass eggs that are now placed in high-profile locations throughout the capital.
Charles Beer, managing partner of the Crown Group, said: "We are delighted to be supporting the Fabergé Big Egg Hunt by hosting this banquet at the breathtaking RCJ. We are proud to have supported the campaign via our Piggotts business and are delighted to be able to support the Big Egg family further."
