A Locog spokesperson said: ‘Locog confirms that a solution has been found to enable the ticket resale platform to open this week.’
Locog told Event it couldn’t specify which day the platform would reopen or give details of the solution found for the issues with ticketing provider Ticketmaster.

The resale process is due to stay open until February 3 and Locog has not yet confirmed whether the window will be extended.
