Newman, who was formerly a key account director at Q Hotels, will take charge of one of Zibrant's largest clients.
She previously worked with Zibrant on the supplier side. She said: "Having previously managed Zibrant as a supplier, I feel a strong affiliation with the company values and vision and am delighted to have now become a part of this unique and inspirational company."
Newman will work in the company’s global sales and marketing offices which are based in Godalming, Surrey.
