She will be working remotely and brings more than 20 years experience in the hotel and event industry, having previously worked as head of agency sales at Marriott hotels and at two event management companies.
The event management and venue-finding agency has offices in Christchurch and Nottingham and organises conferences, award and gala dinners, teambuilding and receptions and private dining. It also sources venues in the UK and abroad.

In a second move to the company, Susi Hughes is returning to the agency team after a career break as a senior account executive.
