Move of the week: Gillian Kiamil and Angela Donaldson

Kiamil, who has most recently worked as Olympia’s interim deputy halls director, has assumed the permanent role of halls director for Olympia, while Angela Donaldson, who was head of events at Earls Court has moved to become halls director at the venue.

The changes follow Rachel Parker’s decision to leave the company after 18 years. Parker, who was group halls director for the firm, has chosen to leave EC&O to spend more time with her family.

Nigel Nathan, group managing director at EC&O Venues, said: "Whilst I’m sad – from both a personal and professional perspective – to see Rachel go, I’m delighted that Gillian and Angela will build on her achievements and continue to lead our  customer services team with the same dedication and expertise. I’d like to thank Rachel for her hard work, passion and commitment to the venues and wish her well for the future."

Kiamil and Donaldson start in their new roles with immediate effect, while Parker’s last day with the company will be 25 October.
