The two companies, which merged in 2006, said the decision to rebrand as Database Group Interactive was taken after completing the full integration of their database marketing businesses.
The rebranded company will continue to offer full service digital marketing, interactive databases and multi-channel communications, but would now be able to give marketers a greater understanding of customer insight.
Richard Lees, chairman of Database Group Interactive, said: "The merger of these two companies has dramatically increased the scope and ability of our overall business to deliver state of the art database marketing solutions founded on the development of customer understanding."
The company said it currently handled between 15 and 20m permission-based emails a month, generating a delivery rate in excess of 97%.
