
The retailer hired Adjust Your Set as its multichannel video agency to launch and run M&S Money TV, which is currently hosting 11 films, in order to improve engagement in the service.
M&S Money TV sits on the retailer’s website and includes "call to action" buttons for further information and icons to share videos with friends via email, Facebook and Twitter.
Each film on the channel has a different theme, including a film about the M&S credit card, which explains all the features of the card.
Amanda Newman, M&S Money head of marketing, said: "With the increasing popularity of digital and social media channels, the way people consume and share information is changing.
"As such, we've developed our marketing strategy to include an increasing variety of communications platforms, ensuring our customers are able to engage with M&S Money in as many ways as possible."
