The appointment is part of a strategy by Mosaic Fashions, which owns Karen Millen, to standardise email marketing across its entire network of fashion brands.
Mosaic's other brands, including Warehouse, Shoe Studio, Oasis, Principles and Coast already work with eCircle and have implemented eCircle's broadcast system.
