The ads, created by Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, are to promote BT Together, one of its residential phone packages.
One, a 30-second spot, shows Jamie receiving a call from a wrong number early in the morning reminding him that the football is on. He takes this as a wind-up on his being excluded from England's World Cup squad.
The second ad, a 40-second spot, shows him falling head over heels down some stairs as he answers another wrong number, apparently breaking his leg in the process.
The ads also feature the character Mike, who has appeared frequently in the recent BT Together campaigns.
Media buying for the campaign is by The Allmond Partnership. The ads begin broadcasting on June 1.
"We think the ads are likely to be as popular as our other recent ones. They're obviously extremely topical and clearly show the benefits of BT Together with unlimited UK calls for footie fans -- and everyone else," a BT spokesperson said.
