The print campaign breaks on June 2 and was created by Grey Worldwide. It features four different executions of suffering England fans.
One is called "penalty stress head", another is "armchair ache", a third "drinker's elbow", and the final one is called "1-0 celebration", which shows how the freezing packet can heal an injured ankle. Each ad features the St George's Cross, England's flag, in the background.
Trent Selkus was the copywriter on the ads, while art direction was by Adam Sherling. Media planning and buying is through Grey sister agency MediaCom.
Paul Pickersgill, creative director on the Findus account, said: "Findus wanted to pledge their support to the England team, so the press ads play on the old ice pack remedy for sporting injuries; but with the twist that in this case they are TV 'footie fatigue' cases."
