Multrier will oversee Isobar's online media division in addition to his responsibilities as head of Isobar France.
He arrived at Isobar in 2006 from MRM Worldwide, where he managed the network's France office.
Separately, Isobar has appointed Antoine Leveque to lead its mobile practice.
Leveque, who is currently running Marvellous France, is a mobile specialist who has worked with brands such as Adidas, BBC and Warner
He will chair a cross-Isobar mobile committee, which will share knowledge and set the mobile strategy for the group.
These appointments form part of Isobar's new global structure that is designed to promote business development and knowledge sharing across the network.
