International president elect Kevin White has been confirmed to speak at the event, presenting his thoughts on global experiential event production and US trends. Brian Acheson, ISES international president, will give a talk on the future of the society as an internationally connected organisation.

Approximately 100 people are expected to attend the event, including the society’s past UK and US presidents.

Pocket Motion Pictures has been booked as media supplier, alongside badge company Reftech and photographer Indigo Plum.

The hall, which has a 700-year history, has inspired the menu at the event. Guests will be presented with food inspired by 15th- and 16th-century recipes from caterer Party Ingredients. The venue is also set to be dressed with Shakespearean décor and dramatic lighting.
