The Queen's Head, previously in the Other Stage field, will now be the central feature of the new area, William's Green. Iris Experience will be responsible for developing and managing the production concept of this venue.

Iris Experience managing director Henry Scotland revealed: "This is the third year Iris has partnered with Playstation, and it is our most significant and complex brief to date."

Sony Playstation will be teaming up with Q magazine to support this popular event space, which will feature bands including Maximo Park, The Wombats and Tommy Sparks.

Next to the The Queen's Head stage will be The Singstar Snug, which will see acoustic sessions during the day and DJ sets at night. Visitors can to take to the stage and perform during the day, or take advantage of one of Singstar's private booths.

Sony Computer Entertainment UK marketing director Alan Duncan said: "It's great for Playstation to support and partner such a landmark event."

Event magazine will be reporting live from this experiential area, so stay tuned between 25-28 June.
