The radio show, which is the first original production to appear on the music streaming site, will debut around 16 April.
It will be produced by INQ and will feature two DJs playing songs suggested by INQ's customers and social network fans. 'Radio INQ' will initially consist of three hour-long shows spread out over three months.
The TV series, 'Koko Pop', will start on 10 April and run as six half-hour shows on Channel 4's music strand T4 and music channel 4Music.
The show is produced by the production arm of North London music venue Koko and filmed at the venue with a live audience. INQ's sponsorship credits will be produced by its own in-house studio.
INQ marketing director and co-founder Jeff Taylor said the sponsorship activity would focus on INQ's association with social networking and particularly on its Chat 3G handset.
The relatively new company has developed its handsets specifically to work with social networking sites and priced them at the lower cost end of the market.
Taylor said: "Radio INQ gives us a chance to interact directly with our users and our fans and people who are just interested in music and we like that ability to go right to the source rather than the distance that sometimes advertising incurs."
INQ as yet has just one store in the UK and one retail partner, mobile network 3. The two companies are ultimately owned by the same man, Hong Kong-based billionaire Li Ka-Shing, who has also invested in Spotify and Facebook.
