The agency said the new CATI technology would enable researchers to access the most up-to-date and accurate data available, and would be user-friendly enough to appeal to beginners and advanced researchers.
Traditional CATI methods could often take weeks for data to be fully collated and returned in a report format, but according to eDigitalResearch, the new method will allow clients to listen to specific call recordings as soon as they are available.
Michelle Fuller, director at eDigitalResearch, said: "CATI researchers can access eDigitalResearch surveys online and log answers directly into the online surveys, building data in real time."
In April, eDigitalResearch announced that mail order firm Otto UK was to use its eCustomerOpinions programme to carry out market research for a number of online shopping brands, including catalogue company Freemans.
eDigitalResearch, which was founded in 1999, provides a range of integrated web-based software packages for market researchers, including eMysteryShopper, which specialises in website usability, and eGlobalPanel, which provides an opinion-based digital consultancy on any subject related to digital communication.
