eDigitalResearch fills four key posts to reflect growth

LONDON - Online market research company eDigitalResearch is strengthening its team with four new appointments to manage the growing online research market.

Joining the team is research analyst Lakmal Balalle, who has a background in qualitative and quantitative research with AC Nielson in Sri Lanka and is studying for a Master's Degree in Business IT. Nada Gillard also joins as a research analyst, having worked as an analyst for the Cooperative Retail Trading Group for two years.

Debee Henderson joins the team in the position of research manager from her role at B&Q, where she was online customer insight manager. John Yeats has been appointed senior developer and joins from Sussex University where he was systems programmer.

The four new employees join the company at a time when it has won a number of new clients including Royal Mail and Metro.

The company has recently made available a new service allowing clients to automatically convert raw data into presentation ready PowerPoint, PDF, Excel, plain text and HTML.

Lisa Bonczyk, marketing manager at eDigitalResearch, said: "We are not alone in providing this kind of service, but we believe we are unique in that we provide it to our clients free of charge.

"We are essentially providing a desktop marketing team. Our clients have demonstrated that complex reports that used to take weeks can now be completed in a matter of hours or days, saving thousands of pounds."
