DCM restructures national sales team

LONDON - Digital Cinema Media, the cinema sales house formerly owned by ITV and known as Carlton Screen Advertising, is restructuring its national sales team following the appointment of commercial director Jeremy Playle in October.

The changes overseen by Playle will include a group head for every DCM major media account group, to ensure a high level of service.

Gareth Wragg, formerly account manager at DCM has been promoted group head of The OPera Group.

Michelle Stevens has been promoted from account manager to group head and will handle Vivaki, while Paul Lowrey becomes group head across Group M. Joni Morriss will become group head on Aegis.

In addition, Louise Trinder, head of creative solutions, has been appointed to the newly created role head of client sales and creative solutions.

Playle, who reports to DCM managing director Martin Bowley, has been at the sales house for eight years, having joined as account manager.

The sales department now includes three separate divisions; client services, media and creative agencies.
