Dataforce strikes with £4.2m Tenpin customer care win

LONDON - Integrated marketing company Dataforce has won a 拢4.2m initial three-year contract for bowling operator Tenpin.

The contract, which is to create a centralised customer contact centre for , will involve the outsourcing of 35 sales and service staff currently working for the bowling chain to a Dataforce contact centre in Northampton.

Dataforce, owned by holding company Twenty, will aim to reduce costs and improve customer service and sales level across Tenpin's more than 30 bowling alleys in the UK.
