The fully interactive game will feature a number of different zones for participants to explore that were made famous in the TV programme presented by Richard O’Brien.

The news was announced on Wednesday (10 June) on the experience’s website. The organisers have yet to divulge when and where the event will take place, however consumers interested in taking part can register their details via the site.

The event has been planned in collaboration with Zodiak Media, the orginal show’s rights holder. Finance for the project will be delivered through a crowdfunding campaign hosted by Indiegogo.

More details of the activation will be unveiled on Sunday (14 June), when the funding campaign begins.
