Text Connect claims to enable businesses to deliver their campaigns to the mobile phones of "highly qualified leads" via email, phone calls and SMS messaging.
The service offers consumers free texting in exchange for answering key questions on their purchasing habits.
According to new research from the Direct Marketing Association, 70% of consumers who have responded to a mobile marketing offer say they have responded to a marketing text message.
As part of the Clash-Media service, consumers can download the Text Connect service free of charge onto their WAP-enabled mobile phones and this data is then submitted to the relevant companies after being verified by Clash-Media's automated cleansing software.
Luke Pursey, UK managing director of Clash-Media, said: "More and more British consumers are using their mobile phones to conduct transactions and interact with businesses.
"Our Text Connect application not only offers consumers the ability to use an unlimited free SMS service, but also provides businesses with an easy way of delivering fully branded SMS messages to audiences genuinely interested in their products and services - at a very competitive price."
Clash-Media launched in 2006 and it now delivers over 3m fully opted-in leads, with detailed profiles on their interests, globally every month to clients including Whiskas, Toyota, Cheapflights and Axa.
