The Ion team will be responsible for building dealers' fleet prospect databases, working closely with dealers and field sales people to create valuable qualified appointments.
It will also make follow-up prospect and customer satisfaction calls to measure the perceived quality of dealer appointments.
Ion is training its specialists in Citroen's brand ethos and products as well as the key aspects relating to the fleet market.
