The caterer replaces incumbent supplier Payne & Gunter.

Stationers’ Hall is the tenth London Livery Hall to join the Chester Boyd portfolio, which includes Brewers’, Butchers’ Coopers’ and Goldsmiths’ Halls.

The Worshipful Company of Stationers and Newspaper Makers can trace its history back to 1403 and is based in London’s Ave Maria Lane, near St Paul’s Cathedral. The hall can accommodate up to 400 for standing events, and has a garden that can accommodate more than 100 people.

Alison Tyler, chief executive of Chester Boyd, said: "We are honoured that Stationers’ Hall has chosen us. This appointment is a vindication of our efforts and moves the total of Livery Halls in our portfolio into double figures. We will do our best to live up to the traditions and standards of the Worshipful Company every day."
