BT Vision customers will be able to use the service to watch Five programmes including The Gadget Show, Extraordinary People and The Rough Guide.
Users can pay 99p on a pay-per-episode basis or subscribe to Vision TV for £6 a month for the unlimited TV package of sport, films and comedy.
Five launched Demand Five on its website in June, with computer company Dell as exclusive sponsor for its first four months of operation, running pre-roll spots, online display and banner advertising.
Demand Five offers a 30-day catch-up service for programmes from Five and its digital channels Five US and Fiver, as well as hundreds of hours of archived content.
Five is seeking additional platforms for the service, following in the footsteps of the BBC, which launched its iPlayer on Virgin Media's on-demand TV platform this year. iPlayer on Virgin Media TV has an average of 11.5m views a month, accounting for about a third of all BBC iPlayer views.
