Britannia appoints E-RM for upcoming digital work

LONDON - Britannia Building Society has hired email marketing agency E-Relationship Marketing for its forthcoming digital campaigns.

Britannia is using E-RM's Digital Marketeer and Deter-mine technology platforms to distribute, analyse and report results of its direct marketing campaigns, beginning with a drive to raise awareness of the building society's mortgage and savings products among existing customers.

Wayne Lancaster, e-business marketing manager for Britannia, said: "Ease of use, flexibility and depth of reporting were key criteria for us and E-RM provide to be the supplier that was able to meet all of those requirements."

Britannia is the UK's second-largest building society with 188 branches and 3,300 staff.

E-RM clients include Virgin Atlantic, Cahoot and the technical publisher LexisNexis Butterworths Tolley, as well as more than 30 other leading companies in the banking and finance, retail and professional services sectors.
