Wells worked at Royal Mail for nine years, advising clients on direct marketing strategy. She takes responsibility for SME, educational and reseller markets at E-Relationship Marketing.
"Email marketing is such a hot topic at the moment among direct marketers, it's great to be right at the centre of the movement," she said.
Her appointment is one of two new appointments at E-Relationship Marketing, which includes Virgin Atlantic, Cahoot and the publisher LexisNexis Butterworths Tolley among its clients.
Karen Philips joins the company as client services manager from the voice-recognition company Vocalis. She will take charge of implementation and delivery of email campaigns for E-Relationship Marketing.
