Brand manager of the week: Anna Holloway, Head of marketing, Look Fantastic

- Describe yourself in three words.

Positive, energetic, friendly.

- How would you define marketing?

The basics centre on applying common sense and seeing the bigger picture. It's also about being creative, making decisions and aiming to make your brand the best it can possibly be.

- What would you be if you weren't a brand manager?

An equine vet, or running a cafe on a beach somewhere hot.

- What advice would you give someone starting their marketing career today?

Have a can-do attitude, deliver results, don't be afraid to share ideas and have fun along the way.

- What attracted you to your current job?

The amazing brands I get to work with every day, and the scale of working with a website stocking tens of thousands of products is always a challenge that I love.

- What hobbies do you have?

I play netball and ride horses as often as possible.

- What makes you angry?

Rudeness and condescension.

- What's your favourite holiday destination?

Anywhere exciting with my backpack and my husband.

- If you weren't you, who would you be?

Richard Branson. He loves what he does and gets to do some great stunts. Not sure I could pull off the beard, but I'd give it a go.

- What's your favourite pub?

The Beach Hotel in Byron Bay, Australia.

- What have been your best and worst freebies?

The best was a 10-day trip to Australia; the worst is any branded pen. I have an aversion to them.

- If you were a brand, what would you be and why?

Innocent - friendly, likeable and good for you.

- What is your favourite slogan?

'Work, rest and play.' How it could relate to a Mars Bar I have no idea, I just like the sentiment.

- What was your finest hour?

When I was selected to ride for Great Britain in Germany and Luxembourg in an equestrian team - we won both times.
