"It is evident that the team has a proven capability to implement modern communication systems festival security and we’re looking forward to working with them."

ECS has been working closely with the festival team to design a dedicated radio communications system in its first year of holding the contract.

A team of ECS staff will be on site, supporting around 150 radio users between Diamond Sporting Group and Showsec.

Tom Ross, managing director at ECS, said: "The Bournemouth 7s is becoming a highlight in the festival calendar and it has been on my radar for some time in terms of becoming a supplier. It is a great local win for us."
