Best Western Hotels GB selects Matchcode

LONDON - Best Western Hotels Great Britain has integrated Capscan's Matchcode address management software into its in-house CRM system.

The hotel chain's CRM system holds information on more than 10,000 past guests, future bookings, individual and corporate prospects, travel agent partners and member hotels.

Best Western's central office in York is using Matchcode to validate and correct the address data inputted into the system by sales people and from its reservation system and website.

Mike Goryl, head of IT at Best Western Hotels Great Britain, said: "Matchcode provides better value for money, improved flexibility and functionality, as well as smoother integration into our in-house CRM system, in comparison to our previous address management system."
