Best Western hires Communicator Corp for email automation

LONDON - Best Western Europe, the European arm of the world's largest hotel brand, has chosen Communicator Corp's email management platform to provide a centralised email communications system that supports hotels in 12 countries.

Communicator is being used for all Best Western's email marketing activities including newsletters, targeted sales promotions and loyalty communications.

The system allows Best Western, a franchise-based operation in 80 countries, to create dynamic content and personalise emails in the various languages across 12 European countries.

Olaf Reimann, chief marketing officer of Best Western Europe, said: "Best Western Europe maintains the highest standards of customer contact and it is especially important to observe best practice in our email communications."

He described Communicator Corp's role as "maximising accurate, inbox placement".

Communicator Corp claims its Intelligent Delivery Solution functionality ensures high delivery rates for email campaigns by automatically responding to ISP/IEP policy changes, and bases future sending rates and patterns upon the statistical analyses of previous campaigns.  

According to the Best Western website, the company has 1,312 hotels across Europe. Its loyalty programme is called Best Western Rewards, where members earn 10 points per US dollar spent on rooms or with one of Best Western's airline partners.
