Jordan will be responsible for developing the business in both the retail and financial services markets. His appointment will allow Smith to focus solely on his creative director role.

Jordan joins from Media Square-owned , where he held the position of managing director.
Wax Communications formed in 2007 through the merger of Dynamo Marketing Communications and Catalyst Marketing. Jordan had joined Catalyst in 2002, rising to the position of managing director four years later.
