Peter Croome, the former managing director of Rapier, has been
appointed as the chairman of the integrated agency Baber Smith, whose
clients include Toys 'R' Us, Legal & General and Iceland. Croome
previously had spells at Woollams Moira Gaskin O'Malley and Doyle Dane
Bernbach.
