The lingerie, by British designer Ayten Gasson, has a fabric panel on the back, enriched with shea butter.
A campaign for the pants will be fronted by former Atomic Kitten band member and Celebrity MasterChef winner Liz McClarnon.
The knickers cost £10 and will be sold on the Andrex Shea Butter website on from 6 June.
Kimberly-Clark, which owns Andrex, said it is donating £5 from every pair of knickers sold to cancer support charity Look Good...Feel Better.
Ads for Andrex's Shea Butter toilet paper will appear in women's magazines including Glamour and Red.
Kimberly-Clark has also linked up with Sara Lee to jointly promote Andrex Shea Butter toilet tissue and Radox.
As part of the link up, Radox shea butter products will be given away with Andrex Shea Butter as part of a competition.
Customers can pick up competition leaflets in retailers from early June.
