Describe yourself in three words
Ready for anything.

How would you define marketing?
The art of selling more stuff, to more people, for more money, more of the time.

What would you be if you weren’t a brand manager?
House renovator.

What advice would you give someone starting their marketing career today?
Be open-minded. The rest you can learn.

What attracted you to your current job?
The puppy. He’s cute and wins the hearts of so many.

What have been your best and worst freebies?
Best and worst was a Michael Jackson Thriller replica outfit.

If you weren’t you, who would you be?
Jack Bauer. Decision-making would be so much easier.

What was your first job?
Washing cars and odd jobs at the local pub.

What’s your favourite bar or restaurant?
Giraffe.

What can’t you live without?
My USB stick, my American Express card and my computer.

What is your favourite campaign or slogan?
Adidas’ ‘Impossible is nothing’.

Do you speak any other languages?
French and a little bit of Spanish and German. I’m also pretty fluent in gibberish.

If you were a brand what would you be?
Nutella – indulgent and a little bit nutty.

Do you have any hobbies?
House renovation, travelling, coaching rugby and family time.

What is your greatest ambition?
To design and build my own house from scratch.

If you had three wishes, what would they be?
For my boss to say yes more often; for people to learn to drive properly on the M25; and for my second baby to sleep through the night from day one.

What makes you angry?
People not doing what they said they would do.

If you could get tickets to any event, what would it be?
Rugby World Cup final, in a VIP box.

When was your finest hour?
The birth of my baby girl, Lara.
