
The web-based platform features an online meetings tool for registration and booking inquiries, a reporting system for client and venue feedback and comprehensive savings and benchmarking tools.
The system also includes a database of interactive maps, 34,000 venues and comparison proposals. Zibrant hopes to offer users and end-to-end service with watertight security features.
The technology is currently being rolled out across the business. The company has said it has marked Decemeber 2014 as its projected completion date.
