James Nester and Chris Lawson join the agency from Intelligent Marketing where they have held the posts of head of copy and creative group head respectively.
The pair bring with them experience of working for Saatchi & Saatchi, OgilvyOne and McCann-Erickson and have worked on brands such as Nissan, Sony PlayStation and Unilever.
Nigel Edginton-Vigus, Wunderman's automotive creative director, said: "Chris and James have got one of the most 'integrated' books I've ever seen. They'll prove a huge asset and it's great we've attracted a team of this calibre to help us realise our creative ambitions."
