
HTC will showcase its new Vive virtual reality headset during this immersive one-hour experience, which is being held at a secret location in the capital. Attendees will walk through a virtual world that requires they battle a hoard of zombies to save a small town. Twenty-two actors are due to take part in the production, which will span around half a kilometre.

To celebrate turning 50, the shoe brand is throwing a birthday party at the House of Vans, its multi-purpose skate park venue under Waterloo station. The venue will host live music from the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Annie Mac and Fat White Family on Friday (18 March), meanwhile Saturday (19 March) will see skate and BMX demonstrations at its Family Day. The brand’s skate team will be on hand for signings and there will be games, films and a street market too.

Approximately 1,200 fresh flowers are transforming Oxford Street shopping precinct St Christopher’s Place into a floral oasis this week, thanks to an installation by artist Rebecca Louise Law. On Saturday (18 March) guests can attend a flower pressing masterclass, where they will create their own custom floral phone case.
