The Coral Reefs exhibition is available to hire as an additional venue space to combine with the other locations in the museum. It has a capacity of 150 guests and is open until 13 September.
The space is surround by 25 specimens from the history’s collections, including a giant Turbinaria coral, a blue-ringed octopus and coral collected by Charles Darwin. Other features include a display of underwater photography and live aquarium complete with live coral and fish.
Guests can also take a virtual reef dive via an interactive experience.
Simon Kershaw, head of events and catering at the Natural History Museum, said: "We’re always considering new ways to reinvent and develop the venue spaces in the Museum, keeping them as exciting and current as possible.
"We normally have at least two additional exhibitions open at any given time and currently we have The Wildlife Photographer of the Year gallery and Coral Reefs, both proving to be excellent additional venue spaces to enhance a corporate function."
