Metcalf, who will work across WDMP's blue-chip client list, was previously creative group head at rmg:Black Cat where he worked for five years. His most recent clients included Yellow Pages, Sky, T-Mobile, Reckitt Benkiser and Fidelity Investments.
Also joining from rmg:Black Cat is Damian Kirby, who takes up the position of senior art director and will work closely alongside Fraser on client briefs and developing the agency's creative product.
Kirby was previously senior art director at rmg:Black Cat where, like Metcalf, he worked for five years.
Gavin Wheeler, WDMP managing director, said: "These top creatives can take us to the next stage of the agency's development and show what makes WDMP different from the rest. Damian and Fraser are well known and respected for their talents and are welcome catches. They have proven success working together and it's definitely to our advantage to have them working for WDMP."
