Norwich and Peterborough launches mortgage drive

LONDON - Building society Norwich and Peterborough is to launch an integrated campaign to promote its January mortgage sale.

WDMP, the Richmond-based marketing agency, has developed a campaign that offers mortgage customers 10% off their first year's payments. The offer will be promoted in-store, via direct mail, online and in the regional press.

Debbie Mitton, N&P's head of customer marketing, said: "January and February are a key time for both re-mortgage and new mortgage business. The offer was developed to deliver cut through and take up in a very competitive market."

WDMP was founded in October 2002 and currently provides direct response campaigns for Amazon, eBay, NT:home, British Gas, The Carphone Warehouse and Virgin Wine. It was also voted one of the fastest growing agencies in 2003 in Marketing magazine.

N&P's agency roster also includes Joshua and MediaCom.
